eleven.five Very little in these Rules excludes or limits (a) any person’s liability for (i) fraud; or (ii) Dying or individual injuries a result of breach of any duty that individual could have to just take acceptable treatment or physical exercise realistic ability; or (b) another liability which simply cannot lawfully be excluded or minimal.Pr
